Canton—Mrs. Pearl Guyette,
73, wife of Henry Guyette of the
Miner Street Road, Canton, died
at her home at11:30 a.m.
Wednesday after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held
at 2 p.m. Saturday from the
Lawrence Funeral Home, Park
St., with the Rev. A. Leslie Potter,
pastor of the First Methodist
Church of Canton, officiating.
Burial will be in the Crary
Mills Cemetery. Friends may
call at the funeral home from
3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today
Mrs. Guyette was born in
Canton on July 8, 1885, a daughter
of the late Henry and Josephine
Martin Guyette. She attended
Crary Mills Schools and
was married to Henry W. Guyette
on Oct. 2, 1927.
She is survived by her husband,
Henry Guyette; two
daughters, Mrs. Charles (Hilda)
Sovie and Mrs. Gerald (Evelyn)
Guyette, both of Canton; a son,
Ronald Guyette of Canton; nine
grandchildren arid three greatgrandchildren;
two brothers,
Leland Guyette and Earnest
Guyette of Canton; and a sister,
Mrs. Herbert (Gladys) Moberg,
Canton.
