FUNERAL SERVICES FOR HERMAN E. WEBB, 73, LOAD WHO DIED MONDAY WILL BE CONDUCTED AT 2 P.M. THURSDAY AT CARR MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH ON BIG WHITE OAK BY THE REV. ROBERT ALLARD. BURIAL WILL BE IN JONES CEMETERY.
MR. WEBB WAS BORN JUNE 20, 1910, IN GREENUP COUNTY, A SON, OF THE LATE WILLIAM AND JULLIE DAVIS WEBB.
HE WAS A RETIRED BUS DRIVER FOR GREENUP BOARD OF EDUCTION AND A MEMBER OF CARR MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH. SURVIVING ARE HIS WIFE, MRS. IDA JANE BURTON WEBB; FOUR DAUGHTERS, MRS. PHYLLIS SKAGGS OF LA RUE, OHIO, MRS. JANVEVA HARRIS, AND LEONA CLARK, BOTH OF SOUTH SHORE, AND MISS. LILLIE MAE WEBB AT HOME; A SON, HOMER EDWARD WEBB OF LLOYD; TWO STEPSON, JIMMY PAUL OF BOLINGBROOK, ILL; AND LAWRENCE PAUL OF MARION, OHIO; TWO SISTERS, MRS. AVELYANE CHAFFINS OF LOAD AND GARNETT EGGERS OF WURTLAND; 12 GRANDCHILDREN AND 10 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN.
THE BODY IS AT J.B. WRIGHT FUNERAL HOME IN GREENUP. WHERE FRIENS MAY CALL.
